This home began with a feeling. A longing for quiet simplicity and lasting beauty. The homeowner, inspired by Belgian architecture, envisioned a space rooted in natural materials and soft, honest design. We expanded and reshaped the home using oak, marble, and plaster; materials chosen for how gracefully they wear, and how gently they hold light.
Curves softened transitions. Skylights and light wells guided the eye upward. Thoughtful details like a custom oak slat wall concealing a guest bed bring both ease and intention to the everyday. What emerged is a home that feels grounded and effortless, shaped by care and built to unfold with time.
